A trade professional turned lawyer, I bring 15+ years of real export experience into legal practice. I help exporters prevent costly mistakes, control their cargo, and recover payments through practical, business-focused legal solutions.

I began my career on the factory floor, learning products through hands-on production before moving into export operations. Over the next 15 years, I worked across every stage of international trade — from documentation and customs clearance to letters of credit, shipment, and final payment collection.

This operational experience exposed me to the realities behind global trade: tight deadlines, fragmented responsibilities, and hidden risks that are often overlooked. Like many exporters, I once relied on industry habits and informal practices — until I encountered real legal cases involving bills of lading and carriage of goods by sea. Those cases fundamentally changed my understanding of risk.

Driven by this gap, I began systematically studying international trade law through case analysis. I focused on disputes involving international sales contracts, letters of credit, carriage of goods by sea, freight forwarding, and marine cargo insurance. By extracting legal rules from real cases and mapping them back to practical operations, I developed a structured understanding of risk across the entire trade chain.

Today, as a lawyer, I combine legal expertise with real-world trade experience. My approach is built on Incoterms, integrating contracts, payment mechanisms, transport documents, and insurance into a single, coherent risk control framework.

I don’t just interpret the law — I translate it into practical strategies that businesses can actually use. My goal is to help exporters identify risks before they materialize, maintain control over cargo and documents, and ensure their rights are protected in international transactions.
